Brent Johnson brings over two decades of impactful educational leadership to the table, marked by transformative achievements and a steadfast dedication to his staff and students. With 14 years of experience as a principal across elementary, middle, and high school levels, he has established a remarkable track record of fostering teacher retention, school climate/culture, student growth, and strong community relationships. Beyond mere statistics, Johnson's visionary leadership has been

instrumental in elevating schools to new heights, such as securing the National Blue Ribbon Schools Award for Thomas Jefferson Elementary in the Wausau School District in 2020 and orchestrating a remarkable improvement in the Minocqua J1 School District's state report card during his tenure.


At the core of Johnson's leadership philosophy lies a commitment to nurturing leaders and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth. His strategic acumen and unwavering dedication to academic excellence have left a lasting impact on the communities he has worked in. Additionally, Brent remains deeply engaged in his community, embodying the values of service and stewardship, while finding solace in leisure activities like kayaking and woodworking. His wife Timille is also in education, working as an elementary teacher, and daughter Madisen will be entering 9th grade next year.
