Career & Academic Pathways at Jerome High School
At Jerome High School, we want to ensure every student’s education prepares them for what comes after graduation. To help families explore all available options, we have launched two new planning tools on our website in alignment with the Idaho Legislature's transparency requirements. These resources are designed to bridge the gap between high school credits and your student's future real-world milestones.
1. Student Opportunity Directory
The Opportunity Directory provides a comprehensive inventory of all learning experiences available to students within the Jerome School District. You can use this directory to explore options offered during the school day, through school-connected programming, or via local district partnerships.
What's Included: Advanced coursework (Dual Credit, AP, and Honors), Career Technical Education (CTE) programs, school clubs, student organizations, internships, and work-based learning opportunities.

2. Localized Pathways Documents
These documents serve as illustrative, visual frameworks to show how students can scaffold coursework, extracurricular activities, and career exams to reach specific goals. These pathways are not rigid tracks that limit student choice, but flexible roadmaps built to make your high school journey purposeful.
What's Included: Visual guide samples showing how to combine courses, Advanced Opportunities funding, and career exploration activities for outcomes like four-year college, skilled trades, apprenticeships, or military service.
