Misuse of Leave

The Board of Trustees believes that absences from an employee’s responsibilities may interfere with the quality of

program Jerome’s students deserve. The board also realizes there are circumstances that will prevent an employee

from carrying out their responsibilities. The board has provided for those circumstances by providing leave policies.

Misuse of these policies or misrepresentations by the employee about the use of leave may result in reprimand or

termination.
