The Chairperson announced that the next order of business would be the establishment  of a schedule of the regular meetings of the Board of Trustees for the ensuing year. 

After a full and complete discussion, upon motion duly made by Staci Leavitt and seconded by Jeff Schroeder, the following resolution was presented: 

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees of Jt. Jerome School District No. 261 hereby designates that the regular meetings of said Board of Trustees shall be held at 4:30 p.m. o'clock on the fourth Tuesday of each month in the Board Room at, 125 4th Ave. West. With the exception of the following meeting dates:  March 17, November 17, and December 15. These meetings will be held at 4:30 p.m. o'clock on the third Tuesday of those months.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this designation of regular meetings shall 

continue in force through January of 2027, unless modified by action of the Board of Trustees. 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is instructed to conspicuously post written notice of this designation of regular meetings at the School District Administrative Office and on the district Website.

Vote being had on the above and foregoing resolution, and the same having been  counted and found to be unanimously in favor thereof, the Chairperson declared said resolution adopted.
