Board Members present: Staci Leavitt, Annette Lott, Liz Bingham, Jeff Schroeder, Peter Gibbons. Others present: Superintendent Brent Johnson, Business Manager Brian Bridwell, District Clerk Jodi Stewart, HR Director Gina Cakebread, Transportation Director Tim Hicks, Jerome High School Assistant Principal Melissa Rice and Power Schools Representatives.



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of school district No. 261, that a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of said district was called to be held on February 17, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Jerome School District Administration Offices, 125 4th Avenue West, Jerome. The purpose of the special meeting is:


  1. Work Session and Power Schools Presentation

    1. Approval the Power School software transition as presented (Action)

A motion was made by Annette Lott and seconded by Peter Gibbons to approve the Power School software change as presented. The motion passed by the following:

AYE: Staci Leavitt

Jeff Schroeder

Annette Lott

Peter Gibbons

NAY: Liz Bingham


  1. Adjourn: There being no other business before the board, Chairman Staci Leavitt adjourned the meeting at 3:00 p.m.
