Enrollment and Attendance Records
Since accurate enrollment and attendance records are essential both to obtain state financial reimbursement and
to fulfill the District's responsibilities under the attendance laws, staff shall be diligent in maintaining such records.
To maintain an effective and consistent policy, all faculty must take responsibility for implementation of
attendance rules and regulations. Schools shall keep accurate records of attendance, absences and tardies. Reports
will be forwarded to the district office and the state department of education on schedules and of a form they
determine and share with the schools.
