3. Provision Two Impacts (Action):

Approve discontinuing the Provision Two (2) option for the District's breakfast program, effective for the 2025-2026 school year. Furthermore, authorize the Superintendent to amend the existing contract with Chartwells Food Service to set the per-meal rate for breakfast at $2.48 for the 2025-2026 school year.
